Jitender was born in India and made the Turks and Caicos Islands his home in 2002. Captivated by the natural beauty of the islands and the warmth of the local community, he quickly embraced Turks and Caicos as his second home.

With more than two decades of experience in the retail sector, Jitender has served in key leadership positions as a store manager for major supermarkets across the islands. His strong work ethic, customer-centric approach, and in-depth understanding of the local market have earned him a reputation for professionalism and reliability. He is married and the proud father of two sons.

After witnessing the remarkable growth and transformation of Turks and Caicos over the past 25 years, Jitender developed a keen interest in the real estate industry. Recognizing the islands’ continued expansion and exceptional investment potential, he made the decision to transition into real estate—driven by a desire to contribute to and actively participate in the region’s ongoing development.
